This is a more explicit monthly offshoot of PICTURE magazine, which itself had been spun off into numerous sister titles. Judging from previous submissions it looks like each issue is produced in two versions. The aim is to get an Unrestricted rating and a Category 1 rating. From time to time the Unrestricted issue gets hit with a Category 1, and the Category 1 issue gets a Category 2, or RC rating. The publisher then modifies the proof prints and resubmits until Unrestricted and Category 1 ratings are achieved.

The proof print of the Unrestricted issue was rated Category 1 (opaque bag front) on January 23rd 2001. A modified version was again rated Category 1 on March 13th 2001. In 2008 it was resubmitted again, and on March 6th a modified proof print was passed Unrestricted (M not recommended for readers under 15 years).
The proof print of the Restricted issue was rated Category 1 on March 30th 2001. In 2008 it was resubmitted again, and on May 1st a modified proof print was again rated Category 1.
