We have one report from March 2011 of Australian Customs Service seizing a DVD of PORNSTAR SUPERHEROES.

A guy on the Aussie Phorums complained that he had a copy of PORNSTAR SUPERHEOES (2010) confiscated by customs in March 2011. He posted this letter that the ACS sent him.

Dear Sir/Madam
The Australians Customs and Border Protection Service recently examined goods that were addressed to you from overseas.
The importation of these goods, namely One (1) DVD offensive to moral standards of reasonable adults containing violence, weapons and gagging.
DVD Title: “Pornstar Superheroes”, is prohibited unless permission to import the goods has been granted. Consequently, the goods have now been seized as forfeited goods.
Particulars of the seizure are detailed on the enclosed Seizure Notice. Please read this carefully and refer to the ‘Important Notes’ section and the attached ‘Explanatory Notes’. No action is required by you in respect of the Seizure Notice unless you wish to make a claim for the return of the seized goods. If no action is taken the goods will be condemned as forfeited to the Commonwealth.
The importation of prohibited imports can result in serious penalties and/or terms of imprisonment being imposed. It is in your best interest to find out about the import status of goods before importation. On this occasion the Australians Customs and Border Protection Service has made a decision not to take this matter further. However, the importation will be recorded and prosecution action is possible in the future if other prohibited imports addressed to you are intercepted by Customs and Border Protection.
