This gay hardcore title was passed X18+ in November 1999. The 116min (v) was submitted by Blue Diamond Services.
In 2005 Calvista resubmitted the film for DVD release. However, in February the OFLC awarded it an RC rating. As discussed elsewhere on this site, the OFLC guidelines were tightened in 2000. This looks to be a case of a title being okay under the old guidelines, but RC under the new ones.

A 103m DVD was Refused Classification on October 10th 2009. The Yarra C.I.U branch of the Victorian police were the applicant.
Out of over thirty DVDs seized by the Victorian Police, this was the only one to be banned.
In June 2009 the Victorian police raided offices Abby Winters following a story written by a Herald Sun journalist. The Richmond branch of the Victorian police submitted the following DVDs to the Classification Board.
