In April 2001 an classification application was made the West Australian Police. The version submitted is described as a 72min (v) revised print. It was Refused Classification, despite running nearly ten minutes shorter than the X18+ version!
On September 12th 2006 the film was banned once again. Adult Media Group had submitted it on DVD.

Adultshop.com pre-cut this title before submission to the OFLC. Several instances of sexually assaultive course language were over dubbed, as well as a scene depicting the application of candle wax. Unfortunately these were not enough to get it passed the censors who in April 2001 gave an RC to a 86min (v) tape. No revised print has ever been submitted.

REASONS FOR THE DECISION:
In the Boards unanimous view this
film warrants an RC, "Refused Classification", in accordance
with section 1 (a) of the Films Table of
the National Classification Code and the Guidelines for the Classification
of Films and Videotapes as it "deals with matters of sex in such a
way that they offend against the standards of morality, decency and
propriety generally accepted by reasonable adults to the extent that they
should not be classified".
In arriving at the decision the Board considered the criteria set out in the National Classification Code and the guidelines for the Classification of Films and Videotapes, Amendment No.2, April 1999. The Board took into account the matters contained in Section 11 of the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer games) Act 1995 (the Classification Act):
- the standards of morality, decency and
propriety generally accepted by reasonable adults; and
-the literary, artistic or educational
merit of the film; and
-the general character of the film;
and
- the persons or class of persons to or amongst whom it is published or is
intended or likely to be published.
The Board also took into account community concerns about sexual violence, and the portrayal of persons in a demeaning manner.
As is stated in the X classification of the Guidelines for the Classification of Films and Videotapes, no fetishes such as 'golden showers' are permitted in this classification.
At approximately 5, 15, 18,24,40,51 and 80 mins a woman appears to urinate onto the bodies and faces of other men and women. There is no visual evidence that the fluid expelled from the genitals of one woman onto the other is any fluid other than urine. In the Board's view this scene warrants Refused Classification for a fetish such as 'golden showers'
As is also stated in the X classification of the Guidelines for the Classification of Films and Videotapes. no sexually assaultive language is permitted in this classification. At 9 mins a man and woman are engaged in vigorous fellatio. Mila. crouches behind the couple and shouts "fucking trash. whore, you bitch, gag her with your cock, gag it down your fuck1ng throat, spew on it birch" in an abusive and assaultive fashion. In the Board's view this scene warrants Refused Classification for sexually assaultive language.
The Board notes that there are several other instances of strong sexual language. However, these instances constitute sexual encouragement and are not assaultive.
