It is not clear if this is the same tape as NEVER SAY NEVER TO ROCCO SIFFREDI PART 1 (aka MAI DIRE MAI A ROCCO SIFFREDI). For the record, the Axis Group received an X18+ for a 102min (v) release in May 1997. The same print was again submitted in June 1999 by the Victoria Police who also received an X18+.

Reasons for the Decision
In the Boards view this video warrants an RC classification under 1
(a) of the Films Table of the National Classification Code and the
Guidelines of Films and Videotapes as it depicts matters of sex in such a
way that it offends against standards of morality, decency and propriety
generally accepted by reasonable adults to the extent that it should not
be classified. The video contains an offensive fantasy and contains a
scene of non-consenting sexual activity.
The video contains real depictions of actual sexual activity between adults including masturbation, fellatio, intercourse, anal intercourse and ejaculation.
The video is a compilation of scenes which feature women fantasising about having sex with a prowler. In each scene the women describe their fantasy and then it is acted out.
Their descriptions suggest an element of fear and risk. One women says at 96 minutes, "(He'd) tell me what a bad girl I'd been... I had to be punished...I like the pain....feeling scared...not secure about what was going to happen next". Another says at 32 minutes, "Maybe they could be watching me....maybe when I go to bed at night they'll sneak in...I wouldn't know who it was cause it'd be dark"
The women's fantasies are acted out in a way which emphasises the risk to the women. In the Board's view this treatment of the fantasy that women desire coerced/unsolicited sexual activity is offensive to the extent that it warrants an RC classification.
At 54 minutes two men dressed in black appear at a women's bedroom window while she sleeps. They shine a torch over the sleeping woman's body. The men enter the room. They put on surgical gloves. one man masturbates the woman, while the other uses her foot to masturbate himself. The woman is still asleep. One of the men lifts up her head. She opens her eyes and appears shocked. He pushes her head onto his penis and she shows some resistance, but begins to fellate him. In the Board's view the woman's consent is not clearly established (as she is asleep) and non-consent is at least initially suggested. The video therefore warrants an RC classification for this scene of non-consenting sexual activity. The Board notes that the subsequent sexual activity in this scene appears to b consenting.
Each vignette features some kind of prowler fantasy. For example:
At 96 minutes a woman wearing pigtails and dressed in a short tartan skirt is shown masturbating herself in a house. A man (the Nightstalker) and his female companion creep up tho the window and spy on her with a torch and a video camera. They enter the house. The woman on the couch kneels to fellate the man while his companion holds her head. The activity appears to be consenting.
The scenes invariably involve a man creeping up to a house, peeping on the occupant, then entering to engage in sexual activity. The men a usually dressed in black. In one instance (at 85 mins) a man wears a mask. The men are clearly established a strangers. The scene often starts from their point of view - outside looking in.
Though these scenes are established as the woman's fantasies come true, this does not lessen their impact, or in the Board's view, their offensiveness. In the Boards's view the prowler fantasy, with its emphasis on fear and risk is offensive and the title warrants an RC classification.

This was originally Refused Classification in July 2000. In September, an application was lodged to have the film examined by the Review Board. The application was subsequently withdrawn after it became clear that it would have to be reviewed under new X18+ guidelines, introduced in September 2000.
In November, AXIS cut it from 83 to 81min (v) for an X18+.
