Calvista had this DVD passed with an X18+ (Explicit Sex) rating on October 18th 2007. For some reason it was resubmitted, and on January 21st 2008 was Refused Classification.
Hardcore films that attempt to tell a story are often going to have problems with out censors. In this case there are numerous sword fights which would immediately rule them out of the X18+ category.
